5. Receive Your QR Code: Once your page is ready, you’ll receive an engraved QR Code. Affix it to your loved one’s headstone or plaque.

To request a half-page or full-page memorial, simply email Forever Remembered
You will then receive a welcome email containing a unique link to your individual digital storage folder on Forever Remembered.
After you have uploaded all of your memories, you will receive another email with a link to your custom-made Forever Remembered Memorial Page within 48 hours.
Your Forever Remembered Memento and Bespoke QR Code will be delivered by track and trace courier to your nominated address in Ireland within 14 days.
You will be able to access your custom-made Forever Remembered memorial page using the bespoke QR code with any WiFi-enabled smartphone or device.
