Obituary for Joseph (Joe) Leavy
It is with heartfelt sorrow that we announce the passing of Joseph (Joe) Leavy of Sliabh Breagh, Ardee, who passed away peacefully on the 3rd of April at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.
Joe will be dearly missed by his loving sons, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, and friends.
A man of simple joys, Joe was an avid fan of Laurel & Hardy and John Wayne films. His passion for music was unmatched, as he was a dedicated collector of country and rock ‘n’ roll records. Joe’s vast collection of vinyl, CDs, and DVDs was a testament to his love for music and the joy it brought him.
Joe’s warmth, humour, and passion for the things he loved will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. May he rest in peace.

Obituary for Ann (Annie) LeavyIt is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Ann (Annie) Leavy of Sliabh Breagh, Ardee, on the 24th of October, 2017, at Moorehall Lodge, Ardee.
Annie will be greatly missed by her loving sons and daughters, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Her brothers and sisters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, and friends will also cherish her memory.
A woman of great warmth, Annie had a deep love for flowers and an affection for poking the fire, whether it was summer or winter. Her care for family was unmatched; she was the kind of mother who had a full dinner prepared and ready to serve by 10:30 in the morning.
Annie’s warmth, love, and generosity will be forever remembered by those who knew and loved her. May she rest in peace.
